[hebrew word] *oleδ «խլուրդ»։ Այս ձևերը չեն կարող տալ հյ. խլուրդ, որի մէջ ր ձայնի համապատաս-խանը չկայ։ Մեր բառը յառաջացած է ասո-րի գաւառական մի ձևից, որ աւանդուած չէ, բայց որի գոյութեան իբրև ապացոյց կարող է ծառայել ասոր. Urgesch. 752 խլուրդ համեմատում է հսլ. krutoruiia, լիթ. kurmis բառերի հետ։ Bugge, Etr. u. Arm. էջ 114խուլ բառից՝ -ուրդ մասնիկով։ Müller WZKM 8, 281 (հայ. թրգմ. ՀԱ 1894, 294) հա-մեմատում է պրս.
